Orange is France’s largest telecommunications company with 298 million customers worldwide. Orange uses Mistral models to generate personalized promotion messages that are individualized to recipients’ characteristics and profile and intended to promote sales activities. A tailor-made marketing campaign was launched in 2023, allowing to increase the conversion rate significantly.
