ASML is partnering with Mistral to apply frontier AI across its product portfolio as well as research, development, and operations to accelerate time to market with higher performance holistic lithography systems.
Initial use cases include: AI agents for software reliability and early downstream issue detection, large-scale log analysis with intelligent reasoning for root-cause identification in diagnostics, and automation of technical product documentation within engineering workflows.
